Up to 6 m² floor: strip-out, waterproofing with a flood test, porcelain floor and full-height wall tiles, a sanitaryware set, licensed plumbing and electrics, a moisture-resistant ceiling, glass screen and extractor. Marble and concealed systems are quoted on the visit.
