Kitchen refresh in the same layout: up to 14 laminate fronts, a 5 m quartz worktop, sink and mixer, and splashback. A new kitchen starts from AED 18,000; appliances and premium upgrades are quoted on the visit.

Bathroom Renovation Dubai
Bathroom refresh up to 6 m² in the same layout: vanity, WC, shower mixer set, glass screen and mirror light, with regrouting (no new tiles). Full rebuilds start from AED 22,000.

Villa Renovation Dubai
A 4-bedroom villa refresh: walls of up to 9 rooms and halls, 2 bathroom refreshes, a kitchen refresh and 100 m² of SPC floors. Larger renovations are priced after a site visit.

SPC 5 mm or laminate 8 mm with underlay and skirting, supplied and fitted on a level floor. Minimum 40 m² (AED 3,800). Engineered wood and parquet are quoted on the visit.

Walls of a room up to 4 × 4 m: two coats, paint included, minor filling and furniture covered. Minimum 3 rooms a visit (AED 1,140). Feature walls and exterior coatings are quoted on the visit.

AC Installation & MEP Upgrades
AC service for wall-mounted split units: filter and coil cleaning, drain flush and gas pressure check. Minimum 4 units a visit (AED 560). AC replacement, electrical and plumbing upgrades are quoted separately, through licensed specialists.

Maintenance
AMC Villa Care
Villa care for up to 6 wall-mounted split units: 3 AC services a year and 2 plumbing and electrical check visits, with a short report after each. Repairs, ducted units and gas top-ups are quoted separately.
